Our Story

"Hi! I am Vanessa, the Founder of Managing Motion.

My journey began at a marketing agency as a project manager and consultant, focusing on scaling startups. At night I have been teaching West Coast Swing classes, organizing workshops, social dances and dance events. This dual passion inspired me to create Managing Motion, a venture where my professional expertise and my love for dance and creativity converge.
I am happy that I have found my mission, supporting the growth of dancers and artists within the industry I adore."
